Cellu-Cushion® EXP 200 Foam Expansion Joint Filler Material
Durable lightweight foam expansion joint filler is the efficient solution for your concrete placement and repair needs. More rigid then standard polyethylene but still flexible. Sold in sheeted strips.
- Lightweight - Easy-to-use at the construction worksite. Simple to load and unload on trucks. Approximately 11 times lighter than traditional products used as expansion joints. Average weight of a 100mm x 1.5mm strip of Cellu-Cushion® EXP 200 foam is only 300gr.
- Resilient - Does not lose its thickness as concrete expands and contracts because of the foam’s excellent thickness recovery and near zero water absorption.
- Fast and Economical - Easy to remove tear-off strip allows correct depth for sealant. Great labour savings. The removed strip can be reused as backer rod or filler.
- Versatile and Efficient - Cellu-Cushion® EXP 200 foam can be trimmed quickly to exact size by simply using a utility knife. Product can be used on straight or curved concrete pour jobs.
